Store Team Leader: Lead Service & Community Impact

Co-op in Budleigh Salterton is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run the store on shift, manage a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will work on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and merchandising while engaging with the community and promoting Co-op membership.

The role offers a part-time schedule (24 hours per week) with overtime, a permanent contract, and a competitive hourly rate.
