Store Team Leader: Lead & Serve Your Community

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in a part-time retail role. You will lead a small team, manage daily store operations, and ensure great service on a mix of opening and closing shifts, including weekends. You'll engage with customers, support merchandising, and contribute to community-focused initiatives and Co-op membership growth.

The role offers a permanent contract, 24 hours per week, regular overtime, and a strong emphasis on people leadership within a fast-paced store environment.
