Store Team Leader: Lead a Busy Team & Serve the Community

Co-op Digital is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Stevenage. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, lead a small team across opening, middle and closing shifts, and support community-focused services, including potential post office or bakery duties.

This part-time role offers overtime where available and a permanent contract. You'll drive sales, manage stock, and nurture the Co-op membership, acting as a visible community ambassador.
