Store Team Leader: Flexible Shifts & 30% Discount

Co-op is seeking a Store Team Leader for our Aylesbury branch. The role involves owning the day-to-day running of the store, leading the team on shift, and delivering excellent service on the shop floor and tills.

You'll motivate and coach colleagues, support merchandising and stock accuracy, and champion Co-op membership while engaging with the local community. The position is part time (20 hours) with regular overtime and a permanent contract.
