Store Team Leader: Customer Experience & Growth

Primark Galway is seeking a Store Team Manager to lead a busy retail floor on a fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with the management team to deliver excellent customer experiences, commercial planning, and stock management across your department.

You'll motivate and coach a team of Retail Assistants, organise daily tasks, and drive sales while maintaining Visual Merchandising standards. This role offers a friendly, fast-paced environment with a clear development path.
