Store Team Leader - Lead & Elevate Customer Service

Co-op Digital in Rotherham is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run day-to-day store operations and lead a small team delivering friendly service to the community.

You will work a mix of opening, middle and closing shifts, including weekend hours, with a permanent part-time contract. You'll coach colleagues, support merchandising, stock checks and help grow Co-op membership and community engagement.
