Store Team Leader - Lead & Delight Customers

Co-op Digital in Chesterfield is seeking a Customer Team Leader to manage a small store team, ensuring excellent service and smooth daily operations. You will be involved on the shop floor and tills, helping to drive sales and community engagement.

The role offers 30 hours per week with regular overtime on a permanent part-time contract, with varied shifts including early mornings and weekends. A 30% colleague discount is available in-store.
