Store Team Leader - Flexible Hours & Community Impact

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy Studley store, leading a small team on daily shifts and delivering essential services to the community. You'll motivate colleagues, coach on service and store operations, and work hands-on on the shop floor and tills.
