Store Team Leader - Flexible 30h, Community Retail

Co-op in Leeds is seeking a Customer Team Leader to run a busy store, lead a small team, and ensure excellent customer service. The role involves hands-on work on the shop floor and tills, with shifts including openings, middays, and closures, plus weekend work where needed.

You will motivate staff, support stock control, merchandising, and HR processes, and champion Co-op membership while building community links. Term is part-time with overtime and a permanent contract.
