Store Team Leader - Customer Experience & Operations

Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in Leeds to manage daily store operations and lead a shift-based team on a part-time, 12-month temporary contract. The role involves coaching staff, ensuring great customer service, and supporting stock and merchandising tasks.

You'll work a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with at least two evenings and one weekend shift. 18+ age requirement applies; overtime is available.
