Store Supervisor, Cirencester - Lead & Inspire Sales

Seasalt is seeking a Supervisor to join the Cirencester team on a 16 hour permanent contract. You will support the management team in creating a service culture focused on the customer, lead the Sales Advisor team, and drive store sales and KPI achievement.

Responsibilities include training, visual merchandising, stock management, and operating as a key-holder. The role requires a proactive leader who can adapt to changing conditions and uphold Seasalt's values.
