Store Supervisor - Lead Shifts, Merch & Loss Prevention

The LEGO Group in Cardiff is seeking a proactive store operations associate to support the ASM and SM with holiday, attendance, and team scheduling, supervise Sales Associates on shift, and ensure proper stockroom management and merchandising on the shop floor.

You'll help maintain loss prevention standards, follow LEGO policies, and participate in the hybrid work arrangement with an average of 3 days in the office.
