Store Shift Lead - Customer Focus & Team Leader

B&Q Guernsey is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming store environment, and lead the team to deliver great customer service.

This permanent contract offers a flexible full- or part-time schedule (18.5 to 36.75 hours per week) with a competitive annual salary of £31,799 inclusive of a location allowance, plus pension and generous holiday.You will deploy colleagues, spot safety and compliance opportunities, and be the first point of contact for customers
