Store Manager: Lead, Inspire & Drive Sales

The Works Stores Ltd. is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy UK store on a 40-hour contract, driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will manage people, performance, and standards, ensuring a welcoming, well-run shopping environment while coordinating with central teams. You will inspire and develop your team, manage rosters and payroll, and uphold health and safety, stock control and merchandising standards.
