Store Manager (6-Month FTC) - Charitable Retail Leader

Age UK in Stowmarket is recruiting a Store Manager on a six month Fixed Term Contract. You will oversee the day-to-day running of the store, maximise sales and profits, and lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service.

You will bring retail experience and strong management skills, including delegation, coaching and building a capable team. The role involves light stock handling and working across a 7-day rota, including weekends.
