Store Manager - Heron Foods

Hours: 45 hours per week.
Contract: Permanent.
Location: Marsh Lane.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide hands on leadership and coaching to foster a collaborative, high performing store environment.
• Ensure operational excellence in store presentation, stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Resolve customer queries to maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Develop talent within the team, creating succession plans and supporting ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager or similar leadership role.
• A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• A genuine passion for retail, customer service and delivering exceptional outcomes.
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced, community focused retail environment.
