Responsibilities

As a Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:

• Providing hands on leadership, coaching, and fostering a collaborative, high performing store environment.
• Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
• Delivering exceptional customer service, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Developing talent within your team, creating succession plans, and supporting ongoing growth.
• Leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• A strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• A genuine passion for retail, customer service, and delivering exceptional results.
• The ability to thrive in a fast paced, community focused retail environment.
