Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our new Chester store! Your role is to motivate and manage your team, create outstanding brand experiences, and seize commercial opportunities. You will train, develop, and support your team to excel in operations and meet KPIs, embodying Lucy & Yak's ethics and ethos in all aspects of the store.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership: Provide strong leadership, foster a positive environment, motivate your team, and play a key role in recruitment and staff development.
2. Customer Focus: Become an expert on our products, promote a customer-centric culture, and handle escalated customer issues promptly.
3. Sales & Marketing: Drive sales targets through incentives and training, and collaborate on marketing strategies including events and social media content.
4. Operations & Stock Management: Oversee daily operations, manage stock levels, and ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
5. Financial & Community Engagement: Analyze KPIs, manage budgets, and engage with the community through events and promotions.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience in a customer-facing role.
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about our brand.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and sales skills.
• Good understanding of social media and IT systems.
• Resilient, proactive, and able to think quickly.
• Fashion retail experience is preferred but not essential.

• Salary based on experience.
• Location: Chester.
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
