Our store managers play a crucial role in providing a memorable customer experience. They are responsible for daily store operations, helping develop our employees, and acting as brand and product ambassadors for Skechers.

Main Responsibilities

1. Represent the Skechers brand in the best possible way.
2. Inspire and lead the customer experience with excellence in visual marketing, product presentation, and customer service.
3. Act as a people-focused leader, training and advising the store team.
4. Develop team skills to maximize sales, knowledge of products, customer service expectations, and visual standards.
5. Lead onboarding of new employees to ensure a great onboarding experience.
6. Manage store staffing needs to ensure proper coverage at all times.
7. Become a product expert and Skechers brand ambassador.
8. Recruit, train, and retain store staff.
9. Establish solid operational processes and routines to drive profitability and maximize results.
10. Master all store operations, including opening/closing, stock management, reporting, etc.
11. Ensure all safety routines and measures are in place.

• Excellent communication skills to set and convey expectations, using KPIs and other metrics.
• Strong people management skills, talent identification, and development.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, distribution, hospitality, or related fields.
