With a strong understanding of how to motivate teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to make a real impact, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of a thriving store, leading from the front. You'll maintain high standards across network provision, repairs, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team development, ensuring all colleagues are trained and supported to fully understand the products and how to engage customers on the purchasing journey.
