About the Role- Lead and inspire your team to achieve their best
- Provide an environment where delivering outstanding service, meeting performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock processes are at the core of everything you do, while ensuring commercial, operational, and safety standards.
- Take a hands on approach to all operational and commercial activities alongside the team.
- Form part of an area team reporting to the Area Manager, contributing to the brand's growth by identifying opportunities and adding value.
- Maintain accurate, up to date communication at all times to meet business needs.
- Passionate about customers, people and products and capable of creating a great working atmosphere.
- Excellent commercial understanding with the know how to create a fantastic shopping experience.
- Team player who thrives in a results driven, fast paced, and challenging environment, adapting quickly to change.
- Effective communicator, calm and approachable under pressure, realistic in expectations of others.
- Confident problem solver who makes sound business decisions, challenges processes and generates innovative ideas.
- Experienced in leading and coaching a high performing team and dealing effectively with people issues.
- Strong multi tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise workload.
