Store Manager - 6 Month FTC

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Store Manager to join a premium menswear fashion retailer on a 6 month fixed term contract at McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy outlet store for a brand recognised for its famous, great quality British heritage and strong reputation in menswear fashion retail.

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum

• Lead and inspire the store team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Deliver an outstanding premium customer experience
• Oversee daily operations including stock control, compliance and shrinkage reduction
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards aligned to brand guidelines
• Analyse store performance and act on commercial opportunities
• Manage labour costs and support efficient workforce planningAct as a key link between store operations and wider retail leadership
