Purpose

Deichmann is recruiting a Store Manager to join our team at the Bradford Broadway store on a 12 month fixed term maternity cover contract. This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader to take the reins of an established store, inspire a successful team and deliver outstanding commercial and customer service results.

We can offer a competitive salary of £32,000 and the opportunity to earn additional salary and annual bonuses if you can drive sales.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a successful and ambitious Store Manager who has already demonstrated a superior level of performance within their own store. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of managerial and technical skills to drive performance.

• Previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast paced, high volume retail setting.
• Ability to problem solve and think on your feet.
• People oriented with strong planning and resource-coordination skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Activities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example in promoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products with confidence and excellent product knowledge.
• Stock management.
• Analyse and interpret sales performance data and reports.
• Recommend ways to improve sales performance based on data analysis and customer insights.
• Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained (merchandising, admin).
• Deliver all KPI's and meet company standards.
• Recruitment and training of the team.

• Hands on leader with Retail Store Manager experience.

Benefits

Competitive salary of £32,000 with the opportunity to earn additional salary and annual bonuses. For high performers, there is potential to progress to District Manager level and beyond.
