Store Leader & Coach - Drive Results & Team Growth (Hybrid)

The LEGO Group in Norwich is seeking a store-focused leader to help drive performance and create a safe, engaging shop floor environment. You will work closely with the Store Manager to prioritize tasks, maintain brand standards, and support a collaborative team.

Strong emphasis on merchandising, KPI delivery, and staff coaching will be key. A hybrid office model is in place with regular three days per week on-site, and bonuses are available based on goals achieved.
