Store Deputy Manager (18h) - Lead & Inspire

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager in Chippenham on an 18-hour contract. This role supports the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. You will lead by example, coach staff, and ensure smooth operations across stock, merchandising, and compliance.

You will play a key part in recruiting and training new team members, while promoting a positive, inclusive culture and safe, efficient store practices.
