JOB TITLE: Stock Condition SurveyorREF: 000A 3385 / 1Pay rate: £31.36 per hour PAYERole length: 3-month rolling contractJob type: ContractLocation: Mobile - London, M25 & South East CountiesPostcode: W5 2AU (base office)Hours: 35 hours per weekContract Type: TemporaryThe role:Our client is seeking an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out property condition surveys (occupied/void), fire risk assessments, DDA and HHSRS audits. You'll help shape maintenance programmes, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake stock condition, HHSRS, DDA, and fire risk surveys
• Input data into the Asset Management system
• Engage with residents and stakeholders
• Ensure health & safety compliance
• Support delivery of maintenance and asset strategies

What the client is looking for:

• HND/HNC in Building or equivalent
• Proven experience in property condition surveys
• Familiarity with decent homes and compliance standards
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential)
