Job Description
Pertemps are working with our public sector client to recruit a Statutory Meeting Administrator on a temporary basis.
Role: Statutory Meeting Administrator
Location: Central Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 36 hours
Pay Rate: £14.51 per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to provide administrative support, with a focus on producing accurate minutes for complex statutory meetings.
You will support Social Work teams and partner agencies across Edinburgh by minute taking for meetings including Child Protection Case Conferences, Adult Protection Case Conferences, and Looked After and Accommodated Children's Reviews.
Previous professional minute taking experience is essential and must be clearly demonstrated on your CV.

- Attend statutory meetings and produce accurate, professional minute
- Capture key discussions, decisions, and actions
- Prepare and distribute meeting documentation, reports, invitations, and minutes
- Maintain accurate records and update systems
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Liaise with Social Work teams and partner agencies
- Provide general administrative support as required
- Experienced in minute taking within a formal or professional setting
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with sensitive information
- Able to accurately summarise complex discussions
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Teams
- Able to manage deadlines and prioritise workloads
