Job Description

Rail Gourmet is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support East Midlands Trains at St. Pancras Station. The role is full time (40 hours) with rotational shifts between 5am and 11pm, including some weekends. Pay rate is £13.45 per hour.

You will drive platform trucks, load/offload catering stock, assemble orders and ensure stock control, while adhering to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations. Rail Gourmet offers training, employee discounts, and development opportunities.
