Station Customer Service & Dispatch Specialist

WM Trains Limited in Tamworth is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for a dual role. You will be the face of WM Trains in the ticket office, assist passengers, and help deliver a safe, clean station environment.

The role requires weekend shifts, early starts and late finishes, plus good communication and a calm approach to challenges. You must be 18 or older and live within a reasonable commute to Tamworth station.
