Standalone HR Manager - Growth, Autonomy, 1 Day WFH

EA First Ltd seeks a standalone HR Manager to develop new processes, initiatives, and own the HR function. You'll work with Directors to drive HR strategy while handling day-to-day queries and a broad scope of responsibilities.

The role covers onboarding, compliance, HR system admin, employee relations and reporting, plus payroll preparation support. CIPD-qualified candidates with senior HR experience are preferred.
