Staff Nurse - Pre-Assessment Leeds Hospital

Bank Ad Hoc, Part time, up to £25.00 per hour. Weekend work may be required. Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Location: Nuffield Health Leeds Hospital, heart of Leeds city centre.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a close knit team delivering matron led care in a consultant led service.
• Act as the first point of contact, assisting leading talent and professionals to make the right assessments for patients prior to surgery.
• Demonstrate a broad knowledge base and assessment skills to ensure high standard patient care.
• Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family.
• Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care.
• Build experience across new practices, equipment and facilities.
• Work with practitioners in other areas to ensure continuity in patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body and NMC.
• Post registration experience with a passion for exceptional patient care.
