Key job responsibilities

  1. Create innovative solutions using data and research to address organizational challenges
  2. Take a big-picture approach in analyzing business operations, driving improvements across teams
  3. Work with senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvements in tech and non-tech products, overseeing projects from start to finish
  4. Enhance operational performance of products in partnership with stakeholders

A day in the life

As Senior Product Manager, you'll lead the implementation of data-driven changes, managing improvement projects, tech products, and programs. You'll define and execute strategic project plans, tackling complex challenges with creativity and leadership. Beyond process improvements, you may also contribute to initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion.

About the team

The Amazon Transportation Service (ATS) team plays a crucial role in Amazon's success, utilizing air, sea, and road transport, along with advanced sortation centers, to ensure efficient delivery. Our team leverages data to drive decisions, focusing on safety, innovation, and efficiency to deliver packages quickly, conveniently, and sustainably.

Locations: Germany (Berlin, Munich), UK (London), Luxembourg, Spain (Madrid, Barcelona), Italy (Milan).

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience in roadmap strategy and definition
  • End-to-end product delivery experience
  • Experience with product feature trade-offs
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Ownership of technology products
  • Product cycle experience of 6+ months
  • Background in product or program management, marketing, business development, or technology

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to influence senior leadership with data insights
  • Experience working across teams and with senior stakeholders
