Aufgaben

Your role at Dynatrace

The Center of Excellence team is responsible for increasing the ability to scale platform expertise across the entire Dynatrace ONE function (Post Sales organization at Dynatrace). Focused on topics that drive Dynatrace value, adoption and retention with customers, the Center of Excellence acts as a point of contact for Dynatrace ONE for specialized customer engagements, proliferation of best practices and driving of key enablement activities. The Center of Excellence engages in cross-functional collaborative activities to ensure that all departments within Dynatrace ONE have the right tools and knowledge at their disposal to further drive customer success.

As A Center of Excellence Practice Manager, you are responsible for the geographically local CoE team, steering that team to effective and efficient contribution to a wider set of high-priority topics. As a player-coach, you will also contribute to asset creation as a subject matter expert

What will help you succeed

Manage a team of SMEs within the Center of Excellence function in Dynatrace ONE

Prioritize tasks against a wider set of topics and asset needs

Implement processes to balance resources for supporting customer facing engagements, best practice development and providing input and support for GTM programs

Lead the specialization team, managing resources and budget accordingly

Define, track and manage key performance indicators to measure effectiveness and impact of the specialization function, and drive continuous improvement.

Oversee projects and initiatives within the specialization function's area of expertise

Ensure effective customer feedback processes and incorporate into development of best practices, as well as prioritize and relay feedback to product teams.

Align with strategic initiatives and drive prioritization of asset creation based on mission critical goals set on a senior executive level

Contribute to asset creation as a subject matter expert

Management Responsibilities:

This role does have direct reports.

Responsible for evaluating candidates in the recruiting process and contributing to the onboarding and enablement of new resources.


Profil

Technical degree (i.e. Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or relevant work experience required

5+ years' proven experience as a consultant or architect working on highly technical, agile teams

3+ years' proven experience actively leveraging the Dynatrace Platform, or similar technology (e.g.: Datadog, Splunk), as an end-user or as an administrator/implementor Experience with modern deployment automation tools, scripting, and methods preferred

Experience with the enterprise software sales process preferred

Working experience with modern IaaS, PaaS, container and Serverless cloud technologies

Working experience with cloud-native application design

Working experience with modern software engineering processes

Must have excellent written, oral, and presentation communications skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience developing and promoting best practices, methodologies and governance frameworks

Ability to work with minimal supervision, engaging peers and other departments to accomplish assigned goals, and effectively execute projects in a matrix environment.

While this is not a traveling role, must be willing to travel up to 25%
