Key Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for HR questions from employees, people leaders, former employees, dependents, and external agencies.
- Respond to Employee Care inquiries promptly, accurately, and with empathy, ensuring a delightful employee experience.
- Navigate multiple HR systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, SharePoint, Teams, chatbots) to identify resources and provide thorough case documentation.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing with clarity, respect, and professional tone.
- Escalate unresolved or ambiguous inquiries to the appropriate leadership or support team, determining the best routing path.
- Support transaction activities related to employee life cycle events with end to end process orientation.
- Maintain high level customer service by following up to ensure each case is fully resolved.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or related field preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of human resources or contact center / HR shared services experience.
- Experience supporting multiple countries, preferably Ireland, UK, and India.
- Bilingual in French is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, ServiceNow, Workday, ADP, SharePoint, Teams, and knowledge repositories.
- Delivering results with integrity, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
- Building relationships of trust and engaging customers.
- Conflict management and problem solving in a fast paced environment.
- Adherence to McKesson policies, procedures, and HR laws and regulations.
Base Pay Range: €34,500 - €57,500 per annum. Variable pay such as annual bonuses or long term incentives may also be offered based on performance, experience, and market factors.
Additional InformationThe role requires working in a traditional office environment with onsite presence during HR Collaboration weeks and Employee Care operating hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 7pm GMT). Physical requirements include a large proportion of computer based work.
