Job Description
Our client is a national building company
They wish to appoint a Sr Contracts Manager to oversee two separate apartment developments in South County Dublin with approximate value €110M
Envisaged working arrangements 2 days p/w on each site with 1 day wfh
Previous high-rise residential experience with established Main Contractor preferred
Full site teams on both projects - PM A.PM SM Foremen Engineers QSs etc
Highly lucrative position with profit share
