This role sits at the heart of a fast scaling cloud platform focused on next generation AI driven workflow orchestration. You will design and operate the core cloud infrastructure and power a highly distributed, global SaaS product. The role combines hands on engineering with architectural ownership across cloud, networking, and Kubernetes ecosystems. Accountabilities- Designing and implementing scalable cloud infrastructure and platform systems
- Building and maintaining multi region, highly available architectures
- Operating and optimizing Kubernetes based workloads using managed services like Azure Kubernetes Service
- Strengthening infrastructure security, hardening, and resilience practices
- Developing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for repeatable and governed deployments
- Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and reliability risks proactively
- Participating in on call rotations and KTLO (keep the lights on) operations
- Collaborating with cross functional engineering teams on platform evolution
- Proven experience designing and operating production cloud infrastructure
- Strong Kubernetes expertise, including managed services (AKS, EKS, or GKE)
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform
- Security first mindset with experience building hardened cloud systems
- Experience with large scale, high availability distributed systems
- Strong architectural judgment and ability to evaluate technical trade offsHands on, problem solving mindset with a growth oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams
- Networking fundamentals (routing, connectivity, architecture patterns)
- Kubernetes networking experience (ingress, service meshes, tunneling)
- Mentoring or knowledge sharing experience
- Prior startup or high growth environment exposure
