This is a great opportunity to join a growing technology provider that delivers critical software across the education sector. you'll work in a hybrid capacity, designing and building integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems.
This is a highly collaborative role, sitting within a close-knit Professional Services team, where you'll work closely with consultants and technical stakeholders. you'll have ownership over the integration life cycle - from requirements through to delivery and support.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing T SQL scripts and stored procedures for importing/exporting data
• Building and maintaining data interfaces between internal systems and third parties
• Documenting technical specifications, mapping logic, and integration requirements
• Troubleshooting issues in data flows (eg, failures, delays, formatting problems)
• Ensuring data quality, performance, and security are maintained to best practice standards

What we re looking for:

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T SQL, stored procedures, views)
• Experience developing data integrations using structured data (CSV, XML, JSON etc.)
• Familiarity with secure file transfer methods (eg, SFTP)
• Strong attention to detail and confidence writing clear technical documentation
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience working with student systems or within the education sector
• Exposure to REST APIs or web-based integrations
• Familiarity with task scheduling tools (eg, SQL Agent)
• Awareness of data protection principles and handling of personal data

Work pattern & flexibility:
