Ensure workplaces remain safe and compliant, supporting our Zero Harm culture. Deliver against performance KPIs, including deficiency resolution and revenue targets. Provide expert fault-finding, problem-solving, and customer support. Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value. How You'll Do It Test and maintain sprinkler systems (wet, dry, alternate, pre-action, deluge, foam) plus hose reels, hydrants, and water supplies. Operate and flow-test diesel and electric pumps. Ensure compliance with LPC/FM standards through accurate electronic reporting. Deliver a first-class customer experience with professionalism and technical excellence.
