Cpl UK Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Speech and Language Therapist to join PACE School in Buckinghamshire, supporting children aged 5-16 years with a range of communication and developmental needs.#

The Role

You will provide specialist Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention, helping pupils develop their communication skills, independence, and participation within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a specialist paediatric SLT caseload
• Complete communication, language, speech and swallowing assessments where appropriate
• Develop and deliver personalised therapy programmes
• Support children with complex communication needs, autism, and developmental language difficulties
• Work collaboratively with teachers, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, families, and wider professionals
• Contribute to EHCPs, annual reviews, and multidisciplinary planning
• Provide training and advice to school staff and parents/carers
• Support service development and junior colleagues

What we're looking for:

• HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
• Experience working within paediatrics or specialist education
• Knowledge of autism, complex communication needs, and developmental language disorders
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
