• Candidates must show:
• Evidence of dysphagia qualification or equivalent as outlined in "Standards of Practice for Speech & Language Therapists, on the Management of Feeding, Eating, Drinking and Swallowing Disorders (Dysphagia)" Irish Association of Speech & Language Therapists (IASLT) 2007
• Demonstrate significant depth and breadth of clinical experience working with adults presenting with acquired and progressive neurological conditions, including complex speech, language, communication and swallowing difficulties, relevant to the role. This may include post-graduate training/education relevant to adult neurology and dysphagia management.
• Demonstrate experience in service development and/or quality improvements or other relevant improvement initiatives as relevant to the role
• Access to appropriate transport
