PERMANENT Speech & Language Therapist - ADHD/Autism/Dyslexia/DyscalculiaHybrid - On site clincs at HG1 2PWSalary - £30,000 to £55,000 DOEService Care Solutions are proud to be recruiting for a Speech & Language Therapist (Neurodevelopmental) on behalf of a leading independent provider of autism and ADHD assessments across the UK.This innovative service delivers high-quality, evidence-based neurodevelopmental assessments for children, young people and adults through both NHS-funded and private pathways. Through Service Care Solutions, you'll join a passionate multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering timely, accurate diagnoses and improving long-term outcomes for families.The organisation is committed to clinical excellence and clinician wellbeing, equipping staff with cutting-edge digital systems, smart report-writing tools and in-house IT support to reduce administrative burden and enhance clinical impact.Responsibilities

• Conduct face-to-face structured observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
• Complete remote developmental history interviews with parents and carers via Zoom
• Participate in collaborative MDT diagnostic discussions (with senior support where required)
• Deliver clear, compassionate feedback to families
• Produce accurate, high-quality diagnostic reports using smart report-writing tools
• Meet service KPIs through effective caseload management
• Provide clinical supervision where applicable
• Travel to clinic bases for in-person assessments (hybrid roles)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year's professional registration with HCPC, NMC, GMC or Social Work England
• HCPC - Clinical Psychologist, Counselling Psychologist, Educational Psychologist, Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist
• NMC - Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, General Nurse, Children's Nurse
• GMC - Medical Practitioners
• Social Work England - Social Worker
• At least 1 year's experience conducting autism and/or ADHD diagnostic assessments in CYP
• Strong understanding of differential diagnosis in neurodevelopmental presentations
• In-depth knowledge of DSM-5 criteria for autism and ADHD
• Experience using tools such as ADOS-2, ADI-R or equivalent
• Eligibility to work in the UK
