Working Hours: 40

We are seeking an enthusiastic Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time hours per week for our client's team based in Liverpool, Merseyside. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for an immediate start, for a short-term contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adults to understand their mental health challenges, considering personal history and symptoms.
  • Formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each person's needs and goals.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Oversee therapeutic interventions, including medication management and crisis interventions.
  • Monitor and evaluate individuals' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Contribute to risk assessments and management strategies to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full GMC license to practice.
  • Section 12 approval.
  • Proven experience in relevant field.
