Job D escription : Join Darktrace as a specialist Technical Author and play a key role in shaping the materials that help our customers, partners, and global community understand and engage with our technology. Working closely with R&D, Design, and UX/UI teams, you'll immerse yourself in our products, collaborate with subject matter experts, and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content.This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in our Cambridge office. What will I be doing: Identifying areas where technical documentation is needed and creating content tailored to audiences with varying levels of technical understanding. Writing, editing, and proofreading a range of technical materials. Reviewing documentation produced by others and providing constructive feedback. What experience do I need: Demonstrated experience in a technical writing or documentation-focused role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Experience producing documentation for software or hardware technologies. Excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with a range of technical stakeholders, from engineers to end users. Strong analytical and documentation abilities. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and quality.
