You will lead Person Centred Reviews/EHCP Reviews, deliver intensive intervention programmes to groups, and complete essential welfare documents such as risk assessments and Individual Health Care Plans.

Furthermore, you will play a central role in leading the administration and provision of Exam Access Arrangements and testing, ensuring compliance, and supporting inclusion rooms such as the Bridge and PLC.

Qualifications

The essential qualifications are the Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) standards or equivalent, demonstrated experience and knowledge of the needs of students with learning difficulties and disabilities and the SEND Code of Practice.

Required skills include the ability to write comprehensive reports, risk assessments, and Individual Health Care Plans, proven experience using data to measure and monitor progress and attainment, and efficient and effective organisational skills.
