Specialist Sexual Health Outreach Nurse

University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a nurse-led post focused on sexual health outreach across West Sussex. The role involves provision of specialist care, education and support for diverse client groups, often outside traditional clinical settings.

The post holder will work with the Operational Group to align service design with local and national initiatives and performance targets, contributing to an integrated sexual health model.
