Specialist Recovery Nurse: Substance Use & Detox

Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust Inclusion service in Hampshire is seeking a Specialist Recovery Nurse to deliver high-quality clinical and therapeutic services including health screening, BBV initiatives and community detox programmes.

You will work in a multi-disciplinary team to support service users and families, lead BBV provision, train staff, maintain records and develop integrated care pathways. Travel to other Hampshire sites may be required.
