• Basic Salary: £27,000 - £30,000
• Year 2 OTE: £80,000
• Established advisers expected to earn £100,000+
• Uncapped commission structure

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities

• Advise clients on bridging and commercial finance solutions
• Manage a mix of regulated and non-regulated business
• Conduct appointments provided by the business
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Convert high-quality leads into completed business
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the advice process

Experience Needed to Become a Mortgage Advisor

• Mortgage advising experience required
• Specialist finance experience advantageous
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work towards targets and maximise opportunities
• Motivated by commission and high earning potential
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced office environment
