Specialist Lecturer for PMLD & Complex Needs

Barnet and Southgate College is seeking a Main Grade Lecturer at Southgate Campus to teach learners with complex needs at Pre-Entry and Entry 1 levels. You will use personalised, sensory-based approaches to support communication, independence and progression.

The role emphasizes collaboration with therapists, families and external professionals. A Level 5/6 qualification is desirable; 0.9 FTE contract at a permanent post is offered.
