We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Anti Money Laundering/Prevention/KYC to join our AML and Client Onboarding team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of client data to identify potential risks, ensuring compliance with AML/KYC regulations by demonstrating expertise in regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed client profiles for review, focusing on accuracy and completeness to facilitate informed decision making processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex AML/KYC issues, serving as a resource for best practices and guidance.
- Monitor and assess global issues, risks, and events to determine their impact on clients' risk levels, providing actionable insights to management.
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that enhance the effectiveness of the AML/KYC function, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in understanding and applying AML/KYC regulations and guidelines.
