Specialist ALN Teaching Assistant - Empower Learning

Teaching Personnel is partnering with a Swansea primary school to recruit a Full-Time Teaching Assistant for their ALN Resource Base. You will support pupils with complex communication and behavioural needs, delivering tailored activities in a structured environment from September 2026.

You will work within a dedicated specialist team, assisting with IDPs, progress recording and pupil reviews while building strong relationships with families and other professionals.
